• The questionnaire includes 20 questions, presented one at a time.
• After completing all questions, you will have the option to download your responses and any written comments as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file.
• This file can be opened using any standard spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar programs.
